About this accommodation

We just built this separate area in hopes of helping people. We originally built this private area in December 2022 in our home to help the Refugee families from Ukraine and Russia, but the Brothers are looking for a completely separate Apartment dwelling for them. My favorite thing about living in Sandy Oregon is, that you can go snow skiing on Mt. Hood in the morning and then drive to the beach and enjoy the sunset all on the same day.

The Space

This two-room living space has all wood floors and large windows. It has two full-size couches in the living area with a large TV and an Apple TV for full access to JW Broadcasting and any other streaming accounts you use. The Bedroom has 1 King size bed, 1 Twin bed, and a small desk and a cabinet for clothing. There is also a Full-size Fridge, cabinet a cabinet for food and a Microwave and a Table for Eating.

Guest Access

All Guests can use the Shared Main kitchen, cookware, dishes, full bathroom upstairs with Bath/Shower, and Laundry room. Free street parking. Central Air.

Interaction with Guests

My husband works 45 hours a week. He's gone a lot. My son is Autistic and works part-time. He is very sweet to everyone and loves to talk. We have a Tenant living upstairs who is a Faithful brother, he comes and goes with work and other tasks. I am a regular pioneer. I am home most of the time on Zoom. The Guests would most likely see me the most, But I usually am upstairs.

We live in a very safe area. Our home is on a dead-end road with very little traffic.

Getting Around

There is Bus transportation 30 minutes away by walking. Uber Lift runs in our area. But the best thing would be to have your own transportation.
