About this accommodation

We’re located in Long Island, just minutes from the Assembly Hall. Depending on the time of day, you can reach the Bethel facilities within 60–120 minutes. The nearest Kingdom Hall is only 5 minutes away.

For relaxation, enjoy our heated saltwater pool and BBQ in the backyard during the summer months. We are also close to Long Island’s beautiful beaches and several state parks where you can hike, bike, or rollerblade.

The space has a private entrance at the back of the house. We kindly ask that you leave it as clean as you found it; we’ll take care of washing the sheets and towels.

No pets are allowed (we’ve never had any).

The Space

We have a beautiful new apartment available for short-term stays, offered only to friends. It features a private entrance at the back of the house, a spacious living room with a kitchenette, and a dining table with chairs.

You’ll find two TVs connected to Wi-Fi, set up with JW Broadcasting and other apps you can log into. In the summer months (June–August), you’re welcome to enjoy the pool in the backyard and make use of the BBQ.

You’ll have full access to the entire apartment, which is completely separate from the house. You’re also welcome to use the lower back patio just outside the sliding door to the apartment. That has a table with umbrella and patio chairs next to a gas grill that you can use. Backyard is fully fenced in and private.

If you need anything please just ask. We are happy to help you feel at home and comfortable.

I'm serving as an elder for 5 years former Bethelite and Graduate of the 30th class of Ministerial Training School in January 1997. Married 27 years to my beautiful wife Yolanda and have 3 Adult children all serving Jehovah with nice privileges of service. We have a one bedroom apartment in our house that we need to rent to be able to pay our living expenses. We only rent to friends short term to save the apartment for our kids if and when they need it.
