Our home offers a lovely, comfortable Mediterranean vibe with an open-concept space over a scenic mountain view of Downtown Caguas. Our home is located an eight-minute drive up a scenic road away from any city noise. We have a 1-acre property that offers the peaceful sounds of the coquis' and a cool breeze that comes off the mountainside. The House is located just 10 minutes away from the Caguas Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. We are also just 10 minutes from a local Kingdom Hall and 20 minutes from the Puerto Rico Branch facility in Bayamon, PR.

Guest Access

You will have access to all parts of the house and property except those areas that are indicated by our signs. The rear of the house has one room closed to our guest and the rear outside of the house has limited access. We ask that no one climbs to the roof of the house.

Interaction with Guests

As our guest you will have virtual/remote interaction with host as needed.

Other Things to Note

We ask that no cars park passed the pool located at the front of the property. Please keep vehicles away from the house concrete patio area for safety reasons.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Our neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. We have very good neighbors.

Getting Around

The house is located in an area that has phone service. There is no public transportation like bus or train but Uber does reach the house using GPS pin drop. Taxi's from airport reach the house just fine and its only 25 minutes away from San Juan (SJU) airport without traffic.

We are a family of four currently living in NYC and serving at a West Central Park Spanish Congregation. We are very active in the ministry and with LDC and are looking forward to reaching our goals and serve Jehovah more full as retirement approaches.

We enjoy traveling and seeing Jehovah's creation as a family and with friends.

We have a retirement home in Caguas, Puerto Rico that we would like to share at JWGuest bnb before we officially move there after 2028.
