- Brita purified water jug filled with fresh water in the fridge upon arrival.
- Sugar, honey, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and spices were stocked.
-Arrival kit including bottled water, teas, coffee, and breakfast items so you do not have to go to the grocery store as soon as you arrive but relax instead.
- Four seater table in the dining room and two counter stools overlooking the bar area.
- Pantry cabinet in the dining area.

***The unit is cleaned and disinfected before each new guest. Linens are also washed and sanitized after each stay to ensure that your room will be fresh and comfortable. We strive to make sure your stay is top-notch and comfortable. If anything is needed whatsoever during your stay, please reach out to us, and we will contact you immediately.

Parking:
There is a free designated parking space located in the parking garage below the building. The space is only steps away from the elevator or stair access to the unit. For additional parking there are reserved spaces in the provided parking lot behind the building. Many guests arrive from the airport via Uber as this is a walkable location that does not require a car for most of the downtown areas of interest.

Noise Potential:
Some trains run at different times of the day close by. Again, we have provided sound machines in each bedroom so you can enjoy a good night's sleep and not be disturbed.

Elevator:
There is only one elevator that services the entire building and can tend to be slow at times during peak hours. Two sets of stairs at each end of the building are available for use in the event the elevator is tied up.

Building Interior:
The building, which was constructed in 1986, is starting to show a little of its age. HOA is working together with the residents to make some cosmetic updates, so you may encounter work being done in the main common areas during your visit. This should not interfere with your beautifully designed unit.

Lease Agreement:
Per SC law, all guests will be asked to sign a lease agreement for stays over 30 days. Please do not be alarmed, as this is a standard policy to protect both parties, guests and landlords.

Other Things to Note

Free assigned parking for one vehicle is provided under a covered garage along with a secured key for entrance into the building. The condo is non-smoking and is within a non-smoking building. There are smoking areas outside of the front and back doors of the facility. No pets, please. There will be a fine for smoking or pets inside the home.

Please keep in mind that there are residents who live here as well. Please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb your neighbors. Another thing to note is that South Carolina's climate is known to attract insects. Although we do our best to clean and inspect each unit prior to check-in, there is the occasional time that an unwanted guest may enter, such as mosquitos, ladybugs, ants, water bugs, spiders, etc. Please note that no discounts will be given. In addition, we do have monthly pest control come out to spray, so you may see a note left on the door regarding their visit.

Getting Around

Five Points is such a fun and unique spot in Columbia featuring some amazing restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. Walkable to most locations and very close to the universities.
