The Space

It’s a paradise for people who love nature and lots of light. Book this home for the bride to get ready for her special day - or family vacation. Great property for pictures. Your breath will be taken away as you enter the glass double doors that frame an absolutely unreal VIEW. Wake up from each spacious room to gorgeous sunrises to the east. Enjoy a sunset dinner on the deck. Walk the 4.5 acres with your morning coffee. Relax with friends on the Sunbrella Patio bed. Lay in a lounge chair at night to see the many stars. Play corn hole in the backyard or nighttime games in the comfy living room. Hear the laughs & cheers playing Foosball. One story four bedroom 2.5 bath ranch house- about 2,400 sq ft. Very Large bedrooms and dressing areas. You will be warmly welcomed as you let the stresses melt away in the nature of Fallbrook.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Oil & spices. The kitchen has a Keurig Coffee Maker, and we provide initial K Cups & assortment of teas. There is baby/toddler ware.

DINING ROOM:
Large dining table with eight dining chairs. Beautiful views from the patio slider that leads to the backyard deck.

LIVING ROOM:
Comfy couches and seating for 8 to soak up the never-ending views. Smart TV with the streaming device to log into your own accounts. We can not control what previous guests failed to log out of. Ceiling fan.

BEDROOMS:
USB outlets next to each bed. Most mattresses have a pillow tops or memory foam toppers for extra comfort. Allergenic pillow covers. A variety of pillow types. Hotel quality sheets. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with a streaming device that you can log into your own accounts. We can not control what previous guests failed to log out of. Ceiling fan in each bedroom. Seating in each room- very large bedroom with dressing areas and full-length mirrors.

BATHROOM/SHOWER:
Very large bathrooms!!! The hall shower has a tub, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The master shower (no tub) has a body, wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. One basic towel for each guest. The master tub has been reglazed and is slippery.

DECK/COURTYARD:
Large deck with comfy wrought iron rocking-style patio chairs. Eight chairs and a table. Three lounge chairs in the back yard. One large patio daybed by Sunbrella.

WIFI: 200 Mbps Spectrum

DEDICATED WORKSPACE:
Desk and office chair provided.

GROUNDS:
The trail on the property- Many mature palms- is perfect for pics. Fruit trees you can pick from, Lots of birds and wildlife to observe. So many stars at night.

PARKING
There is parking for six vehicles on our property. FYI-There is NO street parking.

SMART LOCK CHECK-IN
You can arrive anytime after 4 PM on your check-in date for easy self-check-in.

TVS:
A Smart TV in each bedroom is ready for you to stream by logging into your personal accounts. We can not control what content or accounts previous guests failed to log out of.

CEILING FANS:
Ceiling fans in every bedroom and the living room.

GAMES:
Corn Hole in the hall closet. Many Board games to choose from as well as a Foosball table. Small children's books and two toddler toys are in the hall closet.

LAUNDRY:
There is a washer and dryer with some laundry detergent provided.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The Master closet is not available to guests. There is an armoire in the master bedroom.

QUIET HOURS:
10 PM - 7 AM

CAMERAS:
For security- we have outside cameras only. NO cameras are inside the home. Cameras are motion-activated and record movement but no audio recording.

WILDLIFE:
This is an open space property with no fencing. Many enjoy the 180-degree views and the trail on the property. Many are excited at the prospect of seeing or hearing wildlife. It feels like a bird sanctuary at times. There are coyotes, mice, insects, spiders, snakes, birds, bats, raccoons, possums, ground squirrels, etc. If this is not a good fit for you, please be aware.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

Fallbrook is known as the “friendly village” with a quaint downtown sprinkled with some hipster restaurants & coffee shops. Good BBQ or wood-fired pizza. Many venues offer live music close by. Wedding venues are all close by. Camp Pendleton is near. Enjoy breakfast at Grand Traditions Veranda (reservations recommended), Fallbrook has many great wineries & Temecula Wineries are next town over. Though you are immersed in nature & beauty, the grocery store/Starbucks is only a few minutes away. Or maybe you want to take a hike alongside San Diego’s number-rated trail - Santa Margarita River Trail, which is for adults & kids alike; spend a day at the local beach, a trip to Legoland, or San Diego. Get the best of everything here in Fallbrook.

Getting Around

This is an easy street to find in Fallbrook. No crazy hilly roads to navigate in the dark. Close to everything. Best of everything in this location- secluded & private & naturally beautiful, but stores/groceries/restaurants/ Starbucks are only minutes away.
