Enjoy a sunset dinner on the deck. Walk the 4.5 acres with your morning coffee. Relax with friends on the Sunbrella Patio bed. Lay in a lounge chair at night to see the many stars. Play corn hole in the backyard or nighttime games in the comfy living room. Hear the laughs & cheers playing Foosball. One story four bedroom 2.5 bath ranch house- about 2,400 sq ft. Very Large bedrooms and dressing areas. You will be warmly welcomed as you let the stresses melt away in the nature of Fallbrook.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking. Oil & spices. The kitchen has a Keurig Coffee Maker, and we provide initial K Cups & assortment of teas. There is baby/toddler ware.

Large dining table with eight dining chairs. Beautiful views from the patio slider that leads to the backyard deck.
LIVING ROOM:
Comfy couches and seating for 8 to soak up the never-ending views. Smart TV with the streaming device to log into your own accounts. We can not control what previous guests failed to log out of. Ceiling fan.
BEDROOMS:
USB outlets next to each bed. Most mattresses have a pillow tops or memory foam toppers for extra comfort. Allergenic pillow covers. A variety of pillow types. Hotel quality sheets. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with a streaming device that you can log into your own accounts. We can not control what previous guests failed to log out of. Ceiling fan in each bedroom. Seating in each room- very large bedroom with dressing areas and full-length mirrors.
BATHROOM/SHOWER:
Very large bathrooms!!! The hall shower has a tub, and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided. The master shower (no tub) has a body, wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. One basic towel for each guest. The master tub has been reglazed and is slippery.
DECK/COURTYARD:
Large deck with comfy wrought iron rocking-style patio chairs. Eight chairs and a table. Three lounge chairs in the back yard. One large patio daybed by Sunbrella.

Corn Hole in the hall closet. Many Board games to choose from as well as a Foosball table. Small children's books and two toddler toys are in the hall closet.

The Master closet is not available to guests. There is an armoire in the master bedroom.

For security- we have outside cameras only. NO cameras are inside the home. Cameras are motion-activated and record movement but no audio recording.
WILDLIFE:
This is an open space property with no fencing. Many enjoy the 180-degree views and the trail on the property. Many are excited at the prospect of seeing or hearing wildlife. It feels like a bird sanctuary at times. There are coyotes, mice, insects, spiders, snakes, birds, bats, raccoons, possums, ground squirrels, etc. If this is not a good fit for you, please be aware.

Fallbrook is known as the “friendly village” with a quaint downtown sprinkled with some hipster restaurants & coffee shops. Good BBQ or wood-fired pizza. Many venues offer live music close by. Wedding venues are all close by. Camp Pendleton is near. Enjoy breakfast at Grand Traditions Veranda (reservations recommended), Fallbrook has many great wineries & Temecula Wineries are next town over. Though you are immersed in nature & beauty, the grocery store/Starbucks is only a few minutes away.
