Want to live like a local? Wow, this place is it! It was so quiet, clean & cozy. It perfectly suited our needs for the few days we were there. It was a pleasant walk to the train station (be sure to stop in the bakery there) & other nearby places for coffee/breakfast. Yoshiko made sure the apt was warm (& had bottled water) on the rainy/chilly evening we arrived. She was readily available to answer our questions. She even went out of her way to be able to meet us before our departure.
