Perfect space to enjoy your vacation/holiday in Central Florida, featuring 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests.
Master bedroom: Split king adjustable bed with remotes for massage, Apple TV, a leather sofa, large walk-in closet, bathroom with dual sinks, a large, jetted garden tub, a separate shower, and an enclosed commode with a remote-controlled bidet
Bedroom 2: There is a pocket door that separates this bedroom and guest bathroom from the living area for added privacy; it has a queen bed, walk-in closet, also has an adjustable height desk and chair, and pack play-in closet; the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3: May be used as both a dedicated workspace and/or a bedroom with a double futon sofa bed (a comfortable mattress topper is provided), has a Roku TV.
Extra linens, towels, and pillows were provided.
The living room has a large sectional sofa and three chairs for plenty of seating, along with a 70" Smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, French press, Vitamix blender, an ice machine, hot water kettle, toaster, chopper, cookware, and plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware and utensils. Large refrigerator has a filtered water dispenser.
There is a cute breakfast nook and a separate dining table.
Enclosed patio to enjoy the Florida weather!
Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest.
The community pool is kept heated at 86 degrees year-round, an access key card is provided for entry into the Rec Center which has a gym/exercise room, kitchen and screened-in lanai; the key card also grants entry into the pool and spa area. Beach towels are in the guest bathroom.
Golf course/restaurant open to the public.

The home has a double car driveway, no overnight street parking is allowed.
Neighborhood Must-Sees
It is a beautiful, safe, quiet, and mature neighborhood. The community has gates that are open during the day and closed from 7 PM to 7 AM daily—a mature neighborhood nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain.
