Unwind in this serene, newly built—away from the crowd—in Roatan, thoughtfully designed for a relaxation retreat, to wake up with the sound of the birds. 15 min walk to the West End community and beach, it offers the perfect escape from everyday city life, featuring a private pool and modern amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Whether your day feels like lounging poolside, beach walking, lunch and shopping, or enjoying the cozy interiors, this spacious home provides a peaceful vacation.

The Space

*The main entrance road has been paved, allowing smooth and easy access for sedan-style cars.

A quiet and safe area surrounded by nature. It's a minute's walk to the main road, with a parking spot for two cars. Three steps down between the parking, the ramp, and the cottage, after that, it's a steps-free area. Outdoor solar lighting. You will find one indoor lamp in the living room in case of an unexpected electricity outage. An outdoor water bucket to clean the feet from the sand at the entrance and a hose, just in case!
Quick notes: The futon in the living room hosts one additional adult guest, or 2 kids.

Also, we may allow a pet on the property upon request, following the policy sent and with an additional fee.

Other Things to Note

* Additional charges for check-in or check-out before or after the established time may apply.

* Electricity is private on the island, making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity, ceiling fans may stay on at all times. Perhaps more important is to turn off the AC when you are not in the same room, when leaving the property, or if you have the doors or windows open. Along with keeping the AC unit at a temperature of 26 Celsius or 78F. You can save water by smartly using the washer and dishwasher machine, reusing towels, or applying other useful ways to save.

* Reminder - as the electricity is included, charges may apply for going over the allowance. The total is calculated based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.

Keep in mind that since we are on an island, occasional power outages may occur unexpectedly. We currently do not have a generator.

* In case you'd like additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service.

* Sandflies, geckos, and ants are part of the island experience! It's normal and harmless in tropical areas, even though we keep our home up to date with fumigation. You may keep the repellent on hand. And, keep an eye in the outdoors and you may see the Ruatan Island agouti around.

Neighborhood Must-Sees

2 min walk to the main road, 15 min walk to the beach. No barking dogs around. Just four homes surrounded in an almost 2-acre area. Low traffic.

Spacious parking for 2 cars, 1 min drive from the main road to a one-way, low-traffic street.
