This apartment has everything needed for convenience. The only lack is an outdoor space on the property. There is a private, guest bedroom with a queen sized bed, large closet, and television set with internet TV. Each room is airconditioned. There is a private bathroom for the guest, a fully equip, shared kitchen, and a guest refrigerator. There is a shared laundry room in the building, an elevator, and an Amazon locker on the first floor. Also available are public transportation to everywhere, nearby parks, restaurants, and many retail outlets in the area. Street parking is also avialable and parking on the premises for residence for a monthly fee based on availability.
If booking, you will share the apartment with me. I live alone and I don't have many visitors. On weekdays when I am at work, you will have the apartment to yourself until the late afternoon when I come home.

I am of Caribben origin, but I have been a New Yorker for more than 30 years. I am in my early 60's, and I live alone in my two bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. I work as a special ed, high school teacher with the NYC Public Schools, and I teach 12 wonderful special needs students in my day job. I belong to a loving, diverse, inclusive congregation located in the heart of Brooklyn, but I absolutely love my brothers and sisters from wherever. I spend most of my spare time at home working on school work or theocratic studies. But when I have the time for it, I enjoy taking long, quiet walks in the nearby park. I love classical music, and my favorite composers are Mozart and Bach. But my alltime favorite musical arrangements are our highly inspirational, Original Songs. I am very easy to get along with, but I appreciate being around people who are of similar nature as me (tidy, neat, and organized).
