The Space
This home is a spacious raised house. There are four bedrooms and two and one-half baths. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with a shower and a deep tub. The back porch is spacious and family-friendly. There are two paddle boards for use if desired.
The side yards are wetlands and unfinished so these spaces are restricted. The front yard and huge covered back balcony are available for you to enjoy.
Guest Access
You will have access to the whole house except for 2 closets. Drawer space and garment racks will be available in the rooms with locked closets. The primary bedroom will have a huge walk-in closet for you to use. The bedroom with the queen-sized bed will have a large amount of drawer space under the bed and a garment rack for hanging clothes. The garage and side yards are restricted. The driveway has parking for one car and additional parking for one car can be used to the left of the driveway.

Neighborhood Must-Sees
This home is located in a quiet relaxed, residential neighborhood. The neighbors are great but we do request that noise at night be kept to a minimum. Having guests over is great but noisy Parties and pets are not allowed.
