The Space
Peaceful rural setting with a luxurious feel.
1500+ sqft allows all travelers to have their own space when desired. We have dedicated this space to encourage visitors to use our beautiful apartment as a retreat to recharge or the perfect home base for seeing all Southern Oregon offers.
Guest Access
We occupy the top floor of the 3500 sqft house. The guest apartment is the entire lower level with over 1500sqft of private access. The pool is available to guests, but we (the owners) also use it. We give guests private use when they are in residence.
Interaction with Guests
Since we are onsite we can be totally hands-off or hands-on, its up to you. We definitely want your stay to be everything and more that you had hoped for!
Other Things to Note
We do not allow guests to bring pets as we have three dogs that only have access to the owner's living space and designated outdoor enclosure. They are extremely friendly, and we don’t mind guest interaction but will also respect guests who don’t desire to have them present.
Neighborhood Must-Sees
Rogue River Drive follows the famous Rogue River. The estate sits back off the road and is very quiet. Access to the river is very close by. We are the gateway to many national parks, including Crater Lake.

I'm a happy Regular Pioneer of over 30 years. I am married to my best friend for almost 40 years. After being gone from our rural area for over 30 years, we have moved back to be closer and care for my family.
We grew up in So. Oregon & lived in the Lake Tahoe/Truckee California area from 1989-2022. Moved back in 22. We love to take romantic getaways and family excursions. Having run and owned vacation houses, we definitely know how to be excellent guests and hosts. We are always looking for that perfect, quiet romantic getaway. We are responsible & fun but tend to enjoy nature over technology.

Private access to the apartment is through a side access road once you’ve entered the estate. Parking is private and secure. Level entrance and access.
