My house is private, safe, and close to a great coffee shop. My house is simple but comfortable. I love wood, so I have hung lots of old wood on the walls. In the livingroom is wood from Bear Republic Brewing. In the bathroom is french oak from the wine barrel cooperage in town. And the wall in the kitchen is a combination of custom-milled wood from a ranch in town and some old redwood fence boards from the Kingdom Hall.

The Space
Private Granny unit house behind my parents, older sister, and niece. I have grandparents, an uncle and aunt, and cousins on the street too. A few witness familys also live nearby. I have two extra matresses that do fit in the bedrooms, or they can be put in the living room. My neighborhood is pretty quiet and Cloverdale is a nice little town.
Guest Access
You will access to the whole house. Only the outside sheds will be locked.
Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, one bathroom, linen closet, food pantry, cleaning and storage pantry, and the washer and dryer.
Interaction with Guests
I will be available by text any time you need. I usually respond pretty quickly. My family will also be around if you need help. We also have a pretty large congregation in town of about 115 publishers.
Neighborhood Must-Sees
Cloverdale is small but nearby to many cool things. You can walk to a great coffee shop/bakery called Plank Coffee a few blocks away. Papa's Pizza, El Milagro, Thai 101 are very good among other places. The owner of Thai 101 is studying with a Thai congregation over Zoom.
You can visit the many great wineries in the area. There are tons of good ones! And it is free to taste at the Kelley and Young tasting room downtown.
Its a 1:30 Hr drive to San Francisco across the Golden Gate Bridge. Without too much traffic, it is 1:50 Hr drive to San Francisco Airport.
It is a little over an hour to the coast and there are many different roads and things to see on the way, like Redwood trees, wineries, farms, restaurants, small historic towns, lighthouses.
Tahoe is a 5 hour drive away, and Yosemite is a 4 hour drive away.

There is only a city bus in town a bus lines that go south. There is a light rail train 25 minutes away that rides south to the Ferries in the Bay.
There is Uber and Lyft in the area, but it is not so close sometimes.
Its best to have a car to have fun here.
