1:We require identification and names of those staying to register them. No one that is not registered may stay overnight
2:Pets are allowed but we need to know in advance whether you are bringing one, and we charge it as an extra guest for the cleaning and registry
5: Liability: The owners of the home do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage, or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost, or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests' use and occupancy of the vacation rental, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to visit the premise.
6:Children: This place is not a guaranteed safe area for children, so please take care of your children.
Overall Rules
1:Please be respectful of the home, as it is a place for everyone, and we like to keep it tidy for everyone please do not harm anyone or neighbors because this a safe environment for all. If any property is damaged, please get in touch with us so we can fix or replace it, and we do charge extra for damages as well.
2:Please respect other people living in the area by not blasting music, screaming, or causing problems.
3:Please turn off all electronics and lock the house when you leave
4:Do not make anything that may last after you leave, such as candles or smells and objects of any kind that may disturb future guests, such as personal items or objects that could make another person uncomfortable.
7:Cleaning fee: As we know, covid took a toll on all of us, and we need to keep the place clean to make sure other guests enjoy their time and do not feel uncomfortable in a dirty area
8: Please treat it as if it were your own home
