I am Katie and my husband is Craig. We came into the truth as adults in Seattle, WA. We have 2 adults sons, 1 daughter-in-law and 1 granddaughter. We moved to the Carolinas in 1996 with a 4yr old, 16' moving truck and $500, looking for rural, green, not much snow and quiet. No particular destination in mind. All of these years later we have been blessed again and again and thankful we left "city life" behind us. We are both RPs and Craig serves as an Elder in the Lancaster, SC Congregation. Our territory is a mixture of old town USA, suburban communities of Charlotte and rural areas with cows and old homesteads. We love it! Our oldest son, his wife and our granddaughter live in Farragut, TN and attended their local KH. Our youngest son is also dedicated and baptized but currently inactive. We try to be open and genuinely concerned for all of Jehovah’s young ones - their struggles post COVID and mental health awareness. Soon this old system will be done away with and we can get on with the REAL LIFE as opposed to just getting on. We are not fancy, we are quite and love the outdoors.
