The bedrooms are uncluttered and spacious. Each has ceiling fans for nice overhead lighting and air circulation. Lamps in each bedroom provide nice alternative lighting for reading and relaxing. Beautiful oversized windows add a touch of classic charm and ambiance unique to this historic rehab.

The large living room's picture window is the focal point. Frosted glass windows adjacent to an art deco landing window make the top entry foyer pop with natural light streaming into the living room.

Your Private Screened optional balcony with dining seating is a nice option for chill time.

Bath anyone! Yes, a real clawfoot tub with a shower is included. This tub is full-size. No cramped 2020 knockoff. A real luxury option for those wanting some downtime.
