Are you looking for a place your kids will love?! Close to Disney? We are located in the Regal Palms Resort, which is geared around fun for families. For the kids a water park w/water slide, pool & lazy river. Ice cream shop and arcade. For Mom & Dad, we have a hot tub, tiki bar, fitness center, and poolside restaurant. The resort charges a fee at check-in for security, parking, daily trash pick up, free cable and internet, restaurant/bar, arcade, and endless waterpark fun.

The Space

Entire three-bedroom Townhome with balcony and patio. Three bedrooms. Grilling pavilion directly across from our home. The resort has a water park with two amazing pools, a lazy river, poolside bar, waterslide, spa, steam room, fitness center, restaurant, and play areas for use during your stay. We are Just minutes from the Theme Parks, Disney, Gulf Clubs, and shopping. We offer free cable tv and internet. Bedroom on 1st and 2nd floor. The laundry is on the second floor. Many amenities such as free WiFi and cable with over 300 channels. The kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your own meals. A playpen and stroller are available.

Guest Access

The resort has a $ 20-a-day resort fee. For snowbird special, it’s $370 a month or $12 per day over 30 days when you stay between November - March.

There is space for up to two cars in the driveway. Please use the resort's overflow parking if you have more than two cars.

Regal Palms Resort & Spa is adjacent to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club and a short drive from some of the well-known and popular courses in Central Florida, including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends, Stoneybrook West, Diamond Players Club, Orange County National, Champions Gate and Reunion.

Please note: All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes one roll of toilet paper and one soap per bathroom, one kitchen paper roll, two dishwasher tabs, one kitchen sponge, one bin bag per bin, and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper or toiletries.

Playpen and stroller provided

Flat-screen TVs with 300+ cable channels in each bedroom and the living room. The townhouse is equipped with FREE WIFI internet access and long-distance calling throughout the US and Canada.

Getting Around

We are near shopping (Walmart, Target, and Publix Supermarket, nearest Ross Dress For Less-7 miles) and great restaurants. We are 10 miles to Disney, 20 miles to Orlando, and 49 miles to Busch Gardens.
