This modern, cozy 2-bedroom (1 queen, one king, couch converts into a queen-size sleeping space) and 1-bath home has its own private entrance, giving you complete privacy. Centrally located, it offers city convenience without crowds, noise, or high prices. The nearby San Diego Trolley station provides easy access to the entire city. Low-cost transportation can be accommodated through the host to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

The Space

This modern, cozy 2-bedroom (1 queen, 1 king) and 1-bath home features its own private entrance, ensuring complete privacy. Centrally located, it offers city convenience without crowds, noise, or high prices. The nearby San Diego Trolley station provides easy access to the entire city.

Living Room:
Relax on our enormous sofa with a glass of wine or hot chocolate by the fireplace. Extra blankets and pillows are provided for movie nights, game nights, or karaoke. A hallway chest is stocked with puzzles, board games, and card games like Monopoly and Cards Against Humanity. The sofa can convert into a queen-size bed.

All rooms feature smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount Plus, and YouTube TV. You can also log into your personal apps — all accounts will be safely logged off after your stay.

Central AC, heating, and ceiling fans ensure comfort in every room.

Kitchen:
The remodeled kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, a full-size fridge, a microwave, and a crockpot. Cabinets are clearly labeled and stocked with essentials: dishes, glassware, cookware, and containers. Disposable plates and utensils are provided for convenience. A coffee and tea station is always ready.

Laundry 🧺
Washer and dryer are available throughout your stay. Laundry detergent is provided; guests may bring their preferred brands if desired.

Bathroom:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of washcloths are provided. A shower chair is available upon request.

Outdoor Area

Our backyard is designed for year-round enjoyment. Pick fresh oranges from the trees, grill on the charcoal BBQ, or relax by the propane fireplace under the gazebo. The cozy seating area features a smart TV for music, shows, or games.

Stay cool with mist sprinklers on hot days, or sunbathe while enjoying the refreshing mist.

The pool is available for swimming and can be heated for a hot-tub-like experience (please allow 24 hours notice before arrival). Charcoal, propane, and grill cleaning supplies are provided. Empty propane tanks can be exchanged at the grocery store across the street or nearby gas stations within a 5-minute drive.

• Backyard Access: The gate to the right of the front door provides manual access.

No contact. Unless previously requested or arranged. We are happy to greet you! However, we have arranged your arrival to be as hassle-free as possible.

Two Pods

The house is designed as two private “pods,” securely separated. Your pod is entirely private, as is the other. The main entrance leads to your pod and backyard. No stairs — just one step to the front door — making it fully accessible

• Bathroom: Hair dryer, steamer, and iron available.

Our professional cleaning crew provides deep cleaning before each guest, including sanitizing all surfaces and bleaching linens and towels. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

Married for 8 years, my husband Bradlee and I currently attend the Lemon Grove Congregation in Spring Valley and truly enjoy connecting with friends from all over the world. Traveling whenever we can and spending time with our worldwide friends is something we deeply value—it’s a beautiful experience that never gets old.

I’m a San Diego local who grew up here, originally attending a Spanish congregation, and we now serve in an English congregation. We love experiencing life together—trying new restaurants, dancing, hosting game nights and bonfires, and making the most of the outdoors. I enjoy cooking with friends, while my husband might be outside smoking a brisket. Whether it’s checking out a recommended hike or heading to the beach to relax with a margarita, we love a good adventure.

We live on the property, but the guest space is completely private, offering its own entrance and private backyard. Guests may also enjoy amenities such as the pool and BBQ area.
