The Space
My guests continually tell me the place is better than advertised, and they enjoy the one acre of privacy and the escape my home provides. The full kitchen is stocked with glassware, cutlery, dishes, and a dishwasher. The professional Bunn coffee machine has always been a welcome appliance during breakfast!
Guest Access
The deck and grill are available to my guests as is the cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Blue-ray disc player, and free WiFi. Dishwasher, Clothes washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
Interaction with Guests
I'm always available to be reached via the Airbnb app and my cell phone as well. I work in the area as well, so I'm generally not far away. When I travel, I have friends in the neighborhood who can assist me and my guests should any maintenance need arise.
Other Things to Note
I used to have a cat. But she passed away in April 2021. So there is no danger of pet hair allergies, etc. in case you needed to know :)

The beautiful Hudson Valley, need I say more?! Close to Warwick Bethe, Renaissance Faire, and beautiful country downtowns, yet only 45 minutes from Manhattan for all the city has to offer.

It is a beautiful setting with a large deck, grill, dining set, and heat lamp. Close to Warwick Bethel. Being seniors, it wasn't well suited for us though.
