About this accommodation

This is a small, cozy, comfortable home with a large deck and a spacious yard. This home is a short drive to beaches, restaurants, and shops. It's a side street with a modest house, and the area is very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom, although small, are very, very nice. The home has high-end fixtures throughout. On the back deck, there is a wonderful outdoor shower. The deck is almost as big as the house.

Cape Cod is a wonderful vacation location with beaches, shops, and restaurants nearby.

The Space

This home is 550 square feet in size.

It has a kitchen/living room space and two small bedrooms.

One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a twin-size bed with a trundle bed.

A large deck off the back through the slider with a grill, table, and chairs.

Guest Access

The whole house is to be enjoyed. There is no basement access.

Interaction with Guests

I am available by phone; I live 1 hour away. My niece cleans and manages the home, and she lives 5 min away.

Getting Around

Parking is right in front of the house. We have not installed a driveway yet. We just park in the yard.
